You’re invited to join Vinyasa Yoga classes – a dynamic style of yoga suitable for all levels of experience and physical ability.
Take a moment for yourself, your breath, and your body. Participation is free of charge.
Yoga will help you strengthen and stretch your muscles, relieve pressure on the joints and improve their mobility, reduce or eliminate tightness, and develop balance, coordination, and body awareness.
Through regular practice, you’ll enhance your natural breathing and focus, calm your mind, connect more deeply with yourself, and experience true relaxation and regeneration.
Mindfulness during practice will help you better manage emotions in everyday life, while increasing awareness and sensitivity to your body’s needs.
Our classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga – one of the most popular yoga styles today. The flowing sequences, synchronized with breath, resemble a graceful dance and moving meditation.
The soft, fluid transitions make Vinyasa Yoga especially accessible for beginners.
All sessions will be led by Aneta Syroka.
