Vinyasa Yoga Classes

Join us for Vinyasa Yoga – a dynamic style of yoga open to all skill levels and physical abilities. A perfect opportunity to reconnect with your breath and body. Classes are held every Thursday at Invimed Praga.

Why join the classes?

  • Regular practice enhances focus, relaxes the mind, reduces stress, and fosters a deep sense of connection with yourself.
  • The smooth flow of poses combined with mindful breathing turns movement into a dance-like meditation.
  • The sessions are approachable even for beginners thanks to the gentle flow.

All classes will be led by Aneta Syroka – for her, yoga is a path to maintaining balance between work, daily responsibilities, and living in harmony with herself and nature. She is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with an international certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Samadhi Yoga School in Warsaw. Aneta’s mission is to share her knowledge and experience during classes where physical and spiritual practice unite the body, soul, and mind. Her individual approach, intuition, and mindfulness help tailor the practice to the needs and abilities of each participant – regardless of their level of experience.
