- Beef tenderloin tartare with pickled cucumber, shallot, capers, sous-vide egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and Tabasco, served with a baguette
- Duck breast with French-style potatoes, mixed salad greens, and blackberry sauce
Fish option
- Gravlax with crème fraîche, capers, and green pepper, served with a baguette
- Niçoise salad with marinated artichokes
Vegetarian option
- Burrata with fig chutney, caramelized walnuts, and balsamic cream, served with a baguette
- Gnocchi in a creamy sauce with porcini mushrooms and pecorino cheese
Dessert
- Tiramisu made with mascarpone cream, ladyfingers soaked in coffee and amaretto liqueur, finished with cocoa
