Raiffeisen Tech Poland was established in 2018 and has gained significant experience since then. Our core values — learning, engagement, collaboration, and joy — guide us every day. We are not only professionals but also people with diverse talents that we actively pursue. Among us is Karol Ścibor, a Dev/Ops engineer in the Core IT team and an amateur photographer.
All the photographs displayed at the exhibition were taken in Poland. They are the result of hours of patience and dedication, as Karol ventures out into the forest in the middle of the night, hides, and waits for the “catch.” He believes wildlife photography is a school of character, teaching patience, perseverance, and humility. Sometimes, despite all the effort, no animals appear before his lens. Other times, breathtaking phenomena unfold right before his eyes, giving him the chance to capture them.
Contact with nature allows one to pause in a fast-paced, noisy world. When stimuli decrease, one hears their own thoughts, can confront and organize them. Silence also fosters creativity — in the wilderness, in the forest, the best solutions and ideas often come. It is also a moment to reflect on life, understanding that we are part of a larger, primal order.
We hope you will experience the unique atmosphere and beauty of Polish nature through these photographs. This is Karol Ścibor’s first exhibition, and we at Raiffeisen Tech Poland are especially proud to have organized it.
