This exhibition attempts to enter an alternative framework, in which what appears to be depicted doesn’t actually exist but is equipped with real and even omnipresent features and parameters. The perceptible, tangible matter forming systems of strong geometric shapes brings the works beyond the realm of abstraction in which Exer has worked until now.
The exhibition will primarily showcase new paintings created under the titular concept, along with a few older works that fit well within the defined scope. There will also be objects that transcend the two-dimensional qualities of painting.
