• Beef tenderloin tartare with pickled cucumber, shallot, capers, sous-vide egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and Tabasco, served with baguette
• Duck breast with French-style potatoes, mixed salad, and blackberry sauce

Fish option

• Gravlax with crème fraîche, capers, and green pepper, served with baguette
• Niçoise salad with marinated artichokes

Vegetarian option

• Burrata with fig chutney, caramelized walnuts, and balsamic cream, served with baguette
• Gnocchi in a creamy porcini mushroom sauce with pecorino cheese

Dessert

• Tiramisu made with mascarpone cream, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and amaretto liqueur, finished with cocoa
