Weronika Majewska (WeroArte) and Jolanta Gazda (Frou-Frou) are creators of artistic jewelry who share a studio but develop two distinct languages of form. Both are graduates of the Warsaw jewelry school Wytwórnia Antidotum and members of the Association of Goldsmithing Form Creators (STFZ). Their works have been exhibited in Poland and internationally, including Italy, Germany, Spain, and China.

They work in parallel, in the same studio space and under the same light, yet each follows her own aesthetic and creative intuition. Weronika embraces minimalism, geometry, and the harmony of form. Jolanta explores space, lightness, and structure, creating crocheted jewelry from silver wire. Their creative paths do not merge—they resonate. For them, jewelry is not merely an accessory but a form of storytelling, a talisman, a personal sculpture worn on the skin.

“The truth is, it’s hard to put feelings, impressions, experiences into words… Sometimes I don’t want to talk about it because it’s too personal, intimate, just mine. The works that come out of my studio express joy, love, happiness, sadness, longing—they are about loss and death. You could say it’s a kaleidoscope of life. The jewelry I create is a form of expression, a language I chose over 30 years ago among many other art forms I encountered. It is my symbolic code for storytelling. These small sculptural forms allow one to feel, process, and channel experiences—they replace speaking or writing. I also believe that in this way, I give viewers space to interpret in their own way, inviting them to apply a personal filter. I want everyone to have a chance at interpretation, dialogue, and evolving reflection over time.”
